AI search engines favor businesses that demonstrate E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
In practice, that means creating content based on your real-world experience instead of recycled information. Instead of repeating advice that already exists online, add information only your business can provide, such as:
- Original research or local survey data
- Local case studies
- Customer success stories
- Industry observations
- Proprietary data
- Before-and-after project results
Even simple examples from your day-to-day work help separate your business from competitors publishing generic content.
Quick Fix: Review your three most important website pages. Replace at least one generic paragraph on each page with a real customer example, project, or insight that only your business can provide.
