A new “Report owner response” option now appears alongside “Share review” and “Report review” in the review actions menu, accessed by clicking the three dots on a Google review.
What can be reported:
Google gives users five reasons to flag an owner’s response: off-topic, profanity, bullying or harassment, discrimination or hate speech, and personal information.
