Reflecting on this journey, I’m reminded of something a client once said to me: “Brenda, you are proof that you don’t have to choose between passions—you can build a career that beautifully blends your two key passions.” That insight really meant a lot to me because, when I first set out to bring together leadership coaching & branding, there was no blueprint—no one else was pursuing that—which meant there were no guarantees it would work. Yet, here we are! And I couldn’t be more grateful.
