GuestRevu has launched a new integration with Access Collins, helping hospitality businesses automatically gather feedback from restaurant guests using accurate reservation data.
Collins is Access Hospitality’s enterprise booking, enquiry, and table-management platform. Used by restaurants, pubs, clubs, and experience venues, it helps hospitality teams manage enquiries and reservations, allocate tables efficiently, and make better use of their available space. It’s also the primary booking engine behind the DesignMyNight discovery platform.
Through the new integration, Collins reservation data can flow directly into GuestRevu, allowing businesses to automatically send tailored feedback surveys to guests following their visit.
The integration was originally developed for Heartwood Collection, the group behind Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc, after the business moved its restaurant reservations to Collins and wanted to maintain its established GuestRevu feedback process.
“Having previously benefitted from GuestRevu’s integration with our previous booking system, Heartwood Collection needed a seamless integration with Access Group’s Collins booking system,” said Rob Trippett, IT Director at Heartwood Collection.
“As always, GuestRevu took this in their stride, taking the relevant documentation and API details and implementing a migration to Collins for our main booking data feed in good time, without fuss or drama.”
The connection collects key information associated with each reservation, including the guest’s name and contact details, booking reference, reservation type, business source, market segment, booking status, and visit dates.
This data is then used to automate the distribution of GuestRevu surveys containing each business’s own questions, branding, and service criteria. Completed responses are brought into GuestRevu alongside feedback from review sites, giving teams one place to analyse guest sentiment and identify recurring trends.
“Integrations should remove work from hospitality teams without making the guest experience feel mechanical,” said Chris Alexandre, CEO of GuestRevu. “By connecting Collins reservation data with GuestRevu, businesses can gather feedback consistently and at the right moment, while retaining control over the questions they ask and the branding guests see.”
The Collins integration also expands GuestRevu’s existing connections across the Access Hospitality technology ecosystem. GuestRevu already integrates with Guestline, another Access Hospitality platform widely used by hotels to manage property operations and guest bookings.
Together, these integrations can help hotels and hospitality groups connect feedback with different stages of the guest journey, from an overnight stay to a restaurant or bar visit within the same property.
“Interoperability is incredibly important to hospitality customers,” said Martin Verdon-Roe, General Manager – F&B at Access Hospitality. “The ability to connect the systems they already use helps businesses create a smoother operational process and gain more value from their technology. We are pleased to support GuestRevu’s new integration with Collins and the benefits it can offer our mutual customers.”
The integration connects with the Collins Reservations API. Businesses wishing to activate it will need to request API access from The Access Group and provide GuestRevu with their API key and venue ID.
Once configured, eligible reservations can be collected and processed automatically, reducing manual exports and helping hospitality teams gather a more consistent flow of guest feedback.
The GuestRevu integration with Access Collins is now available to mutual customers.
