Embracing the spirit of Diwali in leadership

💡 Diwali and Leadership: Shining a Light for Growth and Purpose 💡

This week, people around the world celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights—a holiday that symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over negativity.

Having lived in Asia for 25 years, I’m inspired each year by Diwali’s message. It reminds me of the power of light as a guide in both life and leadership.

As a C-Suite Executive Coach and global keynote speaker, I focus on helping leaders *find their own light*—to recognize the strengths within themselves and their teams and to use that light to lead with purpose and clarity.

Leaders who cast light on their own strengths and development areas create environments where others can learn and grow, too. Whether it’s seeing things from a new angle, bringing fresh ideas to life, or helping team members better understand themselves, this kind of leadership fosters a culture of growth and openness.

In the spirit of Diwali, here’s to each of us bringing a little more light into our own lives and the lives of those around us! 🌟

And as leaders, let’s remember that our own light shines brightest when we help others find theirs. ✨

Happy Diwali to those celebrating, and here’s to a season of growth, insight, and shared light!
